creditcard-payment-logosOur shop rate for general work is $98/hr. We have very low overhead and can pass that savings directly to you.

We are appointment only! Please call or email for an appointment or to make arrangements to drop off your car for work. If you want to stop in to check out the shop or have us take a quick look at something, just call or text, even 10 minutes ahead so that we know you are coming.

iATN - International Automotive Technicians' NetworkWe only work on Mercedes-Benz cars. Please do not bring us your BMW, Porsche, or other make vehicle if you are a new customer. We have all of the (sometimes very expensive) specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to work on Mercedes vehicles, especially the W220 chassis. We don’t have any of the Porsche, BMW, or other make specialty tools nor do we have the experience necessary to be efficient in repairing those vehicles. We would spend half of the job looking up how to do it instead of just diving in and getting to work. Having the right tools and working on the same cars every day allows us to be efficient and effective. When you do the same job over and over, you get faster and better each time. This translates to better service at a lower cost to you.

Although our shop rate is low, we are not a “budget” shop and often times, our labor hours are over “book rate” (but still netting a far cheaper total repair bill than the dealer, even using OEM MB parts). This is because all work is done 100% correctly and we take our time to make sure your car is treated well. You will find your engine bay and lower acoustic panels clean and free from any spilled fluids, your door handles won’t have greasy hand prints, your fenders will be free of scratches, no bolts will be stripped out or cross threaded, no parts will be left off, things will actually be torqued instead of just “tight”, you won’t be coming back tomorrow with something we forgot or messed up, and while we are working, we take a glance at everything in sight and notify you of anything we think you should know. We treat every car as if it were our own. We take the time to do the job right instead of just getting it done in time to rush in the next car. We will NEVER upsell you on any parts or services that you don’t need and the reason we have so many “open checkbook” customers is that we are honest. Our customers trust us to do right by them and their car and we would never do anything to lose that trust.

We try our best to stock all of the common repair parts for the W220 like spark plugs, accumulators, oil, filters, brake pads/rotors, transmission conductor plates, ignition coils, etc., even so, there is often a need to order parts. You will be informed of this either at dropoff or after diagnostic and it will never be a surprise. Parts for these cars are not available at NAPA or AutoZone and the dealer rarely has parts in stock. Parts are usually 3-7 days away if we need to order them.

Some jobs are flat rate or a set price. It is always best to call or text and talk about the repairs required and your plans with the car. Sometimes it makes sense to use OEM parts and sometimes it doesn’t. We will always discuss options and find the best route for you, your budget, and your goals for the car.

Pre-Purchase Inspection. This is a full look at the car; under, over, and inside. We pull all trouble codes, check the vehicle for a full NH/ME inspection, check the usual places for rust, check for worn parts like motor mounts, belts, hoses, check certain parts for evidence of replacement, go over any service history that the car has, check fluid levels and conditions, and check general operations. We will then give an overview of what needs to be replaced immediately, what should be replaced soon, and things that should be replaced but can wait a little while. We will also give you a recommendation on whether or not we think you should buy it and what we think the car is worth. Keep in mind that although we consider ourselves to be very knowledgeable about these cars, there is sometimes no predicting some failures and we can not guarantee that any car be “maintenance free” or 100% reliable for any given time period. If you are planning to buy an older twin-turbo v12 500hp luxury barge with radar assisted cruise control and massaging/air cooled seats and want it to be 100% reliable, it is probably best to look for a different car.

Diagnostic : If you are having a problem with your Mercedes and want a trouble code pulled and some guidance on solving the problem, let us perform a diagnosis. We will pull the codes and go over some common causes. We can diagnose and pull codes from ANY module(s) including but not limited to, the brakes,  ABS, BAS, ESP, suspension, motor, air conditioning, windows, pneumatic equipment, airbags, and every other module the car has.
